Meet the Ourway Care Team
Ourway Care is owned and managed by Ms Julie Merritt.
Julie is a Registered Manager with over 30 years’ experience working in the healthcare and complex care industry. She is truly passionate about delivering the highest level of care and committed to inspiring the Ourway Care teams to achieve this.

Julie Merritt
Julie has over 30 years’ experience working in the healthcare and complex care industry. She has achieved her Registered Manager Award, Access to Health and Social Care and BTEC in Management.
Julie is truly passionate about delivering the highest level of care and committed to inspiring the Ourway Care teams to achieve this.
Julie deals with the Operational side of Ourway Care Limited and Care Manages the clients and teams.
Clinical Nurse Manager
Eileen Lynn
Eileen is a qualified nurse with over 20 years' experience in Healthcare. She has worked in Complex Care for the last 5 years.
Eileen is responsible for the clinical side of the company, she delivers the person centred training and competencies of the staff delivering the care.
Eileen supports and monitors the team of support workers and oversees the clinical needs of the clients.
Finance Director
Jill Doughty
Jill has over 25 years’ experience in financial and administrative management roles, the last 6+ years’ have been within the Complex Care Industry.
Jill oversees all the office functions and systems, HR and finances, business costings, forecasts and expenditure as well as executing the day to day administrative tasks such as invoicing and payroll.
